Capability Workshop Bridge is a small Windows desktop tool that prepares an operator-approved report and submits it through Gmail to an explicitly selected recipient.
Early-stage outbound integration. Gmail OAuth activation and live sending are pending. This website does not connect a Google account, offer public registration, or itself send email.
What this version does
- The operator reviews the report and its intended recipient.
- The operator authorizes one bounded send attempt.
- The tool records the result, distinguishing Gmail acceptance from independently confirmed receipt.
The requested Google permission is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. This version does not request inbox-reading, contacts, or mailbox-modification permissions.
What it does not do
The current outbound-only version does not monitor incoming email, read mailbox messages, accept email instructions, or approve computer actions. Inbound tasks and remote approval are possible future work, not current features or permissions.
Your data and your choice
Google processes the submitted email and the approved recipient receives its content. Authorization material is protected locally using Windows user-scoped DPAPI encryption. The privacy policy explains storage, sharing, retention, and revocation.
